I’m honestly extremely disappointed and frustrated with you. I’ve been a loyal customer and a huge fan of your ice cream for a long time, and I’ve always tried to let it go, but this has become unacceptable.
Your employees are going to ruin this business.
Every single time I order the Italia Pistachio flavor, it seems like they use the recipe for a small ice cream even though I ordered a large. It has almost no flavor. It doesn’t even have the proper color. It looks like vanilla ice cream with just a tiny bit of Nutella mixed in.
This time I even paid for extra pistachio, hoping that at least it would have the right color, but it still looked and tasted the same.
It’s really disappointing because I order this ice cream with so much excitement every time, only to end up having the same experience over and over again.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve already brought up this exact issue both in the store and through Instagram messages, yet nothing seems to change.
What a disappointment.

Amazing that they offer dairy free ice cream! Was delicious I created a pistachio coconut with almonds(almond milk) flavor! My new favorite ice cream spot! Can't wait to try a non dairy milkshake next time!

The Custom Alcohol Milkshakes was amazing ihad the cookie butter with two whiskey shots and caramel drizzle yum the Fudge Chip Brownie was basic moist but would not order again will def try another milkshake next time

Creía que el helado hiva a ser como la fotografía, en cambio me han enviado esto que no tiene nada que ver con la descripción. Muy a parte que se ve que se a derretido y lo han vuelto congelar . E pagado 21 $ por esto definitivamente, no lo volvería a comprar.
