AH-MAY-ZHING! As always, this place is beautiful with lovely food, packaging, preparation, and dedication toward their services. They labeled the containers of mixed items, everything was neatly packaged. Food tastes perfect and we're so ever grateful. Sweet Potato RollPeanut Avocado Roll were packaged wonderfully together. Philadelphia Roll was perfectly packed. Everything is so finely placed together. THANK YOU! And the yum-yum sauce is yummy, as always 🥰

The rolls are always fresh ! Cucumbers crunchy and avocado never brown. The portions are always great when it comes to the hibachi. & the Japanese spring rolls are always crunchy and delicious.

Presentation of the food especially on a delivery order was great. Portion sizes are also good, Hibachi Chicken was good size for one person. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry. Could have used more sauce and to have been cooked better. The Volcano Roll was good to look at but the inside was a strange texture. Would try once more and get different menu items to see if the experience changes.

I got noodles with my hibachi steak, they're cut up in small pieces as if for a child. Just small pieces of noodles instead of actual long noodles. The steak was kind of tough, even though it was ordered rare. The crab raccoons didn't even have crab in them. It was only cream cheese, with spring rolls were gross

Fuji is one of our favorite places, so I am sad to leave this review. The veggies and the shrimp & scallops were burnt. The veggies were awful. The seafood was not just charred from cooking. The yum yum sauce smelled like fingernail polish remover. It is OK to make a mistake. If you burnt the food, remake it correctly, don't pass burnt food on to a customer, especially at these prices. I would rather wait a little longer for better quality than burnt food. The quantity of shrimp and scallops (cut in half) was very low for the price. I'm very disappointed tonight.
