Great tasting food! Had spicy miso ramen and chicken broth ramen both amazing, tan tan ramen had a bit too much peanut sauce- still great. It is a bit pricey for the portions but worth it, so much flavor. Looking forward to going into the restaurant to try it.

Since it's springtime, it reminded me of being in Japan and having some ramen with gyoza for dinner. Rich tasting soup, perfect texture noodles, but the half boiled egg was overcooked and the mochi ice cream was melted from the heat. Fuji-ya has authentic Japanese dishes such as gyu-don which I ordered for lunch tomorrow. I'm looking forward to ordering again. Ari-ga-toh!

Like other restaurants, if you order Tonkotsu (Pork Bone Soup) you end up getting something else. Not sure why maybe because it hasa strong odor that cooks don't like. It was still flavorful but it was actually Tan-Tan-Men which is spicy whereas Tonkotsu is more creamy. It also did not have charshu like the picture but ground pork. The dumplings appeared to be freshly made but the dipping sauce was leaking. R1. Tonkotsu Ramen S3. Yaki-Gyoza (5 Pcs)

The spicy R6. Spicy Miso Ramen was great. I wish it came with eggs instead of having to add on the side (+$2,50! Expensive)
