The Thai Tea was too good! I finished my drink before I ate anything! The Steamed Creamy Custard Bun were super cute, and the Black Garlic Ramen was very fragrant. The beef was tender and delicious. Perfect amount of broth!

There is not another place in Longview or Tyler that has the authentic flavors that Fun Noodle Bar has!! The prices are great and the flavor is even better!! The service is also amazing so there is no reason not to try it!!

Pad Thai was on point. Absolute banger. Fried Calamari was delicious and crispy.Shrimp Tempura RollSpider Roll were both delicious.Thai TeaSteamed Dumpling (5 Pieces) were perfect and good size. Steamed Bao (4 Pieces) was good. Definitely taste like a homemade yeast bun recipe. The sushi was crisp and tasted fresh. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Tried this place for the first time on Tuesday. We loved it so much that we had to get it again today. The staff is so nice, everything tastes like it's made to order and portions were large enough that we had leftovers.

Crunchy roll was FABULOUS. Pad Thai and Bao (pork) were hot and fresh. Everything was perfect for sharing. Thai Tea was mmmmmmm--delightful. Steamed Creamy Custard Buns were cute and fun. 1000% would order any and all of these items again.
