The CUBANA shown without bread, so I was really surprised to see it in a ginormous bun.
Keto breakfast bowl was good, however I prefer the zucchini to be cooked more, softer texture in a veggie sauté. Perfect size !

These quesabirria tacos are truly next level and easily the best in town. Perfectly crispy tortillas, packed with tender, flavorful birria, melty cheese, fresh cilantro, and pickled onions—every bite hits. The consommé is rich, savory, and deeply spiced without being greasy, making it absolutely perfect for dipping. You can tell real care went into every component.
The watermelon agua fresca deserves its own praise: incredibly refreshing, not overly sweet, and the ideal balance to the richness of the tacos. Clean, bright, and genuinely thirst-quenching.

Ordered birria bowls, they gave 1 spoonful of birria in each. Ordered ramen birria, only 3/4 full hardly any ramen. Ordered from the mall fusion. Llano location only mall is better. Mall hasn't made an error since they opened

This was my quesabirria plate. It was hard to tell that that was what it was. Cold unseared tortillas with a slight splash of some yellow coloring on the tortilla. The taste was ok. Definitely left much to be desired. Nice amount of meat.

The food was good and fresh. The amount of filling in the QUESABIRRIA PLATE tacos and how watery the birria broth was were disappointing, though. Also disappointed that my La Cazuela Fit bowl didn't have either of the 2 selected fats, no avocado or cheese, which made it more bland and less balanced. Overall good food, packaged well, will try again another time.
