Unfortunately, I did not get to actually eat my sushi as the Salmon Avocado roll had spoiled fish. I ordered my sushi after trying to find a highly rated sushi place with respect for high quality ingredients and raw sushi. The salmon was very slimy. I initially thought they'd given me raw octopus or squid because of the texture and brown fleshy color so I pulled out a slice. Not only was the salmon shaved but there wasn't any pink coloring to it, it smelled fishy, and the fat grain that's typical of salmon was pale tannish yellow and very gooey. My boss took a bite of just the fish to verify it had gone bad and immediately spat out the salmon saying it tasted very fishy in an off way. Someone who has knowledge of fish and respect for sushi would ever have let this be served or even allowed in their fridge. Knowing they let bad fish be served made me not trust any other food coming from their kitchen and since my spicy tuna roll was packaged together with the rotted fish and was challenging to verify the tuna was okay, I did not get to enjoy any of my food. This was a horrible experience that I hope never to encounter again. I won't be ordering from Fuumi again.

Wow the Hokkaido uni is the best I have ever had and Okaasan , shes 96 with Alzheimers loved it like i do. The Hamachi Kama with Daikon- oroshi OMG. Real Japanese food!

Best sushi and miso soup I've ever had! Loved the kimchi as well. Their prices are THE BEST. Salmon teriyaki is amazing!
