I absolutely LOVE Gelson's kitchen - their sandwiches, salads, soups - everything is so delicious! I've tried a variety of their options and have never been disappointed. It's a great alternative to fast food.

Beef ribs were very salty and the bbq s wasn't the best. Fruit salad was a joke as very deceptive. The picture they used is a total scam. Not a single berry or kiwi or mango in sight. Just some cheap melon and grapes for $9! Terrible. Im disappointed in gelsons for deceiving advertising and subpar food.

This location is HORRIBLE. I work across the street and whenever I come to pick up my order, they're all clueless that there was even a DoorDash order and nothing is ever ready. All the employees are careless and rude also. I've come here to pick up my order on my lunch break maybe 4-5 times and this has happened every single time. Now I never order DoorDash here and only pick up food when I'm starving because there's hardly any employees ever at the check out either, and tons of customers! (For some reason) Everything you do here takes 5,000 years.

Substituted panko chicken tenders with over fried inedible chicken breasts. Substituted small minestrone with large split pea along with upcharge. First time, last time!
