Virtually everything I order is fresh and excellent. However, I have ordered the half rack of pork ribs described as six ribs twice. The first time they delivered two BEEF ribs. The second time they delivered 3, not six ribs but at least they were pork ribs. That said, they were delicious.

Very disappointed! Bought 3 large soups- $10 each. Two of them arrived in small containers and the third came in a large container filled half way. And to top it off, one of the soups, the clam chowder was extremely watery and blan.

Normally love Gelson's hot food but this was a miss for me today. The Fried Chicken (8 Pieces) was bland and dry, the Potato Wedges were not seasoned and a mixture of over-done and underdone, the Clam Chowder lacked flavour. The Creamed Spinach was good though. Maybe it was just an off day but still, a little bummed.

Rotisserie Organic Chicken was under cooked & skin wasn't crips. There was no strawberry in the Cheesecake Strawberry Swirl. For the second time the Heat & Serve Butternut Squash Bisque did not come.
