All was very well prepared and onolicious! We ordered one Pick 7 Meats (Fully Cooked) and was very filling for two people. Mahalo to all the staff.

Received my order and the bag was about to rip from being soiled from sauce spilling out of the containers. Sauce all over my floors as I tried to get it from my door to my kitchen. 3 of the 4 meats that I ordered were burnt so bad that they're all hard. And I paid extra $4 for the galbi which is 2 small pieces and they are completely black. Burnt.

Overcooked my meats, didnt even flatten it, just grilled it wrapped like little mini beef fingers. They also didnt give me any sauce so the overcooked meats were dry. They only give two ban chan now vs the past where they gave most of what you get when you dine in. They also packaged my pickled veggies in a soft container that opened and spilled all over my packaging. So messy, such bad service. GEN take out is LAZY. NOT WORTH $40

This food was atrocious. The chicken was mushy and the bulgolgi is a beef patty. The cucumber kimchi is not fresh and the sides are sour.

I ordered from here before and had a terrible experience. I tried again, I ordered a 4 meats plate with a side of salt. There was only 3 meats and no rice. No sides. No salt. The bag was dripping in sauce and even the meats they included was sparse. Don't waste your time and money here
