Mama's Homemade Dumplings are really good!
The skin is appropriately delicate while holding together. Pan fried/seared gives a somewhat gyoza experience while the filling has a more Thai flavor profile and is more generous than most. Ginger Exchange's Thai options are solid. The Thai Red Curry is flavorful and satisfying. And that poached chicken reminds of Chinese steamed chicken, so good.

The price for beef teriyaki went up and the amount of beef was significantly less than what it used to be. The meal was 80% raw giant veggies that don't get tossed in sauce. $20+ for a bite of beef and a drizzle of teriyaki.

The Udon Noodle Soup is one of my favorites, but the Avocado Salad has a weird flavor. The salad has a lot of avocado, which is appreciated but it needs more balance and the onions are an unusual addition so would not get it again.

The food here is delicious, consistent, fresh and flavorful. They never forget a side sauce or your utensils. They package their food well I've never had any spill, even when ordering soup. They even go so far as to always package my hot and cold foods separately. The portions are excellent for the price too.
Long review short, they never fail to impress and I would strongly recommend giving them a try.

Dumplings are amazing! Pad Thai is wicked delish and crab rangoons are always consistent! Anything you order tastes great - the fried rice, lobster sauce, appetizers and entrees. Portions are perfect! Would highly recommend!
