Sushi was great. Ordered the Spicy Tuna roll, Yellowta Scallion R, Cuc rollumber, and Ange Rolll and all were delicious. Lots of filling in all the roles. Angel was by far our favorite and we even talked about it the next day with how good it was.

The menu has numerous descriptions auto-generated by DoorDash software. The descriptions range from obvious (a special sushi roll is described as "rice, nori, and other ingredients"), to absurd: I doubt the salmon caviar sashimi, at under $4.00, is made with salmon and caviar.
But regarding the food:
Ginza is great! I will be ordering from them again.
The miso soup is good and has plenty of tofu bits and seaweed.
The seaweed salad is tasty, and is a good amount of seaweed, with a few cucumber noodles.
The flying fish roe sashimi was OMG, as in, I tried the roe and thought "OMG, this is so tasty!" A good fish taste to it with some saltiness. A poor person's caviar (and no sturgeon were killed!).
The Rainbow Lover sushi entrée had eight pieces of rainbow roll and eight pieces of rainbow sushi, and easily makes two meals. It is made with four kinds of fish and is very good.

I always love their chicken fried Chicken Fried Rice. it's so good and it's very comforting, large portions too! This was our first time with the Salmon Fried Rice and it was also very good!
The Salmon Avocado Roll (6pc) also never disappoints!

very good! I got the Spicy Salmon Crunch Roll. not spicy at all, hint of wasabi. enjoyed the tempura crunch inside the roll. The portion is good,enough for a light lunch. I would order again but with another roll.

The California roll is refreshing, the spicy tuna crunch roll adds heat and crispiness, and the salmon avocado roll is rich and smooth.
