the 3 Pc Golden Tenders Deal was very dry and overcooked. definitely not fresh. mostly just very dry, hard to chew skin with very little actual chicken. the mashed potatoes had very little gravy as well
usually I get top notch food and service here so I'm very disappointed.

In 4 months time, the food took a definite dive. The chicken was covered in a spicy greasy rub that completely hid the natural baked flavor I expected and enjoyed in the past. It was also undercooked and had to be remedied before it was edible. The funnel cake was overcooked, very oily, hard and too disgusting to consume. The green beans and mashed potatoes were still warm upon arrival. They were the only enjoyable items. I wasn't a fan of the dinner rolls either. Will I purchase again??? I'll think long and hard before I do. Not a fan of wasting my money.

Place to order paid extra dollar for extra sauces didn't receive them in order. They gave you the option to choose half original half spicy, which is kind of nice. However, when I requested, I did not receive that. Also didn't even receive the seasoning packets. I asked for. Lack of quality control in attentiveness by the staff. Restaurant has seriously gone downhill after being sold.

The chicken legs, strips, and fish were hard & weren't fresh, as if the were cooked earlier in the day! I hardly have a problem with this restaurant, especially when I go in person!

wrong order was delivered, should have been chicken strips, instead got chicken. the chicken was cold, the biscuits were hard and the $12 lemonade wasn't sweet
