the 3 Pc Golden Tenders Deal was very dry and overcooked. definitely not fresh. mostly just very dry, hard to chew skin with very little actual chicken. the mashed potatoes had very little gravy as well
usually I get top notch food and service here so I'm very disappointed.

In 4 months time, the food took a definite dive. The chicken was covered in a spicy greasy rub that completely hid the natural baked flavor I expected and enjoyed in the past. It was also undercooked and had to be remedied before it was edible. The funnel cake was overcooked, very oily, hard and too disgusting to consume. The green beans and mashed potatoes were still warm upon arrival. They were the only enjoyable items. I wasn't a fan of the dinner rolls either. Will I purchase again??? I'll think long and hard before I do. Not a fan of wasting my money.

I received the food cold and the Golden Tenders® were super small like it was the leftover tenders, they did not have Gravy or Mashed Potatoes which is 2 of their biggest items on their menu they should never run out of it, Corn Nuggets nuggets where the only item that came out good

wrong order was delivered, should have been chicken strips, instead got chicken. the chicken was cold, the biscuits were hard and the $12 lemonade wasn't sweet

I was given both old tenders and an old chicken sandwich. I was given a sandwich with pickles on it when I requested through the app no pickles. I wasn't given my gravy for my tender dip. This isn't the first time this has occurred at this specific restaurant. They are well known for giving our old food during the afternoon.
