The portion of Bourbon Street Chicken and rice was generous but the meat was tough to chew. It was not fresh, but likely sitting on the buffet for hours. I've had it fresh out the kitchen and it's usually very good. The broccoli was dry. The piece of regular chicken was fresh and juicy. I would recommend leaving some of the water on the corn to maintain moisture. The rolls are always tough.

Paid 40.00 for pot roast for 4 people had ordered this before and was good but this time was enough for 2 people and lots of disgusting fat. Potatoes and carrots were hard.

Definitely delicious. Ws disappointed about the ton of fat on the steak. 10 iooz. was really 6 ozx.
