I'm a regular who loves my pearl milk tea with no sugar & the emerton team always get it right ! Ive stopped ordering from the mt druitt store because they always forget the straws & my drink is never sealed properly so by the time i do get my order its all over the bag but ive had no problems since ordering from the Emerton gong cha store online & in person.

My Earl Grey Milk Tea was full of white milky chunky bits probably from the cream/milk. Looks like my drink was rushed and wasn't shaken properly. I specifically wrote to ask for Extra sugar syrup in the drink instructions since there's no option to choose it, and they didn't add it... disappointed.
