I’ve ordered this big breakfast before and it was genuinely amazing, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
This time the portion sizes were really lacking — two small slices of mushroom, a few spinach leaves, a couple of cherry tomatoes, and the “smashed” avocado I paid extra for wasn’t even smashed.
It felt very underwhelming compared to what I’ve received previously, especially for the price. I know you can do better because I’ve seen it, so I’m hoping this was just an off day.

Hands down one of the best Iced Lattes iv had in Toowoomba just wish it was larger!
and although the Egg & Bacon Muffin was cold when I got to it (due to my own fault) it was still delicious.
And finally the customer service I received and witnessed with other customers was excellent, will be back.

the Loaded Potato was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle, i couldn't see one piece of bacon just a heap of "coleslaw"Nd sour cream .... nasty ... I can't even eat it
