Grill'd is always great and always consistent. I appreciate the level of customisation. chips are always great, especially the sweet potato.

Driver had to wait a long time for order to be prepared when he arrived at the store. Not a big order but was only ready an hour after order was placed. Inside of the bag had oil all over and food quality was poor. Onion rings and burger were cold and dry. Pocket had no lettuce in it.

Wrong burger in the kids pack so of course it didn't get eaten, buns were stale and way too much sauce in all burgers. Not the high standard you expect for the price.

Sliders Trio (3420 kJ) were not enjoyable Saltbush & Pepper Onion Rings - Regular (1100 kJ) and Sweet Potato Chips - Mini (990 kJ) were very greasy overall seemed the order was rushed and slapped together

Disappointed in HotBird (1820 kJ) burger.
The chicken was too rubbery and chewy that I had to take out the chicken out of the chicken burger to eat it.
It was a total rip off
