This was my first Grill'd experience. And I have to say I'm quite impressed!
The Build Your Own Wagyu Burger was pretty damn good! Very tasty and fresh.
The Famous Grill'd Chips - Regular (2460 kJ) were delicious too.
I will definitely buy from Grill'd again.

Grill'd is usually consistent in taste, portion sizes and well packaged in sustainable packaging. A regular choice for family treat night. Unfortunately, this time the meal was delivered with barely lukewarm potato and Sweet Potato Chips - Mini (990 kJ). The Dynamic Beef Cheeseburger (2170 kJ) were both reasonably warm enough to consider safe to eat. I don't know whether the Dasher hasn't kept food insulated during deliveries, or Grill'd has poor timed food prep with the 20 minute double dash timer delay. If the timer is communicated to Grill'd then order freshness definitely didn't meet expectations. Thankfully the GF burger was made as requested and packaged separately to avoid cross contamination.

The Mini Me Chicken Bites Juice was well packaged with the juice inn th e larger bag, not the actual meal box. Along with the Snack Slider and Sweet Potato Chips, the food seemed fresh, well packaged, the right temp and tasted great. I'm pretty sure the Snack Slider and Chip sizes are smaller than they used to be while prices increase. That seems on trend with a lot of places though. We did order priority delivery to avoid a repeat of our last order where food was delivered cold, which shouldn't be necessary if Dashers are insulating orders tbh but it was for a birthday treat so sprung for it this time. Will consider ordering for another treat night again in future.
Dasher did not follow instructions to knock loud on door before leaving which is frustrating because we may miss notifications while busy.

The bag was so soggy
Zucchini Chips - Regular (2530 kJ) were all smashed up together
Tenders - 5 Pack (3190 kJ) were over cooked and dry

Flavour good as always, sadly everything has suddenly shrunk in size despite the cost increasing.
