wow wow wow. ggood food. Great flavor... i am literally blown away. the Build Your Own Arepa was great with fajita chicken plantain, corn cheese lettuce top notch. the shredded beef is bbeyond fflavorful Pick Two was perfect fo wanting everything. Iced Tea just right.Garlic Sauce 4oz 10/10 sauce on everything.

I lived in Raleigh when Guasaca first opened and people would stand in long lines to order it. It was worth it, because the flavors were bold and fresh and the value was outstanding. I'd even take people there when visitors came from out of town. Unfortunately, something has changed. I looked the place up to see if VC had purchased the business because the current food is so underwhelming compared to what they previously offered. This now tastes like Chipotle, which is fine, but just that. If you want a relatively healthy and cheap option and you never had the original, then you may think this is good. It's just sad to know how outstanding it once was and how it's changed.

Bowl was great. The Combo 2 Fajita Chicken Arepa + Iced Tea there was hardly anything in the arepas. We've ordered these items before and they were full and delicious. This time around it looks like they scrapped the bottom of the barrel. Practically no meat.
