I loveeeeee this place! Ive had the tamales and so fresh so full so delicous! The sampler is perfect for trying a bunch of different tacos! The Steak Picado is so juicy it's never skimped out on, all the flavors just balance eachother so well! The Tinga again another show stopper! Every time they never miss! Will continue to support, thank you for best tacos!

Guisados is in my top 3 restaurants for tacos in Los Angeles. The tortillas are made with fresh ground corn, a little thicker than street tacos, and are able to support the delicious stewed meats. The cochinita is my favorite spicy taco. They also made delicious tamales. The portions are generous. I happily eat here often!

I ordered the 6 taco sampler with chicken tinga, chicken mole poblano, and pork cochinita. I loved that all the meat was tender and shredded and the sauces were so flavorful!!! Some of the best tacos I've ever had. I appreciate the handmade tortillas as well. However, they were extremely tiny, smaller than street tacos and not worth the value for $2 each, I wish they were at least double the size. I would order again and again if it weren't for small portion. I also had the horchata and cold brew horchata and they were very delicious!

I ordered the Sampler with chicken tinga, chicken mole poblano, and pork cochinita and the meats were so tender, braised, and flavorful but the tacos were the tiniest I've ever had, even smaller than street tacos, I wish they were larger. The Horchata Coldbrew was delicious!

The Tocino Breakfast Taco was good- they have good thick bacon too. The tamales tasted good and had a lot of filling. The corn one was a little on the dry side- make sure to get some crema or salsa to add. AND you can tell these are hand made corn tortillas! Thick.
