• 24-12-30I ordered the chicken and naan, and it was a complete letdown. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked any real flavor. The naan was hard and chewy, not the soft, fluffy texture I was expecting. It felt like the food had been sitting around for too long. Overall, it was a terrible meal and definitely not worth the price. I won’t be ordering from here again."

• 24-09-06The quality of food has deteriorated so much that it is unedible now.
We ordered Haleem which tasted like ground raw lentils with Shaan masala. There was no meat in Haleem.
Very little previously frozen cubed meat in Nihari which is tasteless. Very less quantity in nihari also... Gravy is full of oil and the oil drips from the packaging.
The owners are focused on supplying to frozen dishes to larger chains and don't give a damn about restaurant quality or quantity. The manager was rude also and told me everything was OK and everyone eats the dishes and doesn't complain. He asked me to bring back the food to inspect like I was lying. Don't order here until they fix their quality and customer service.

• 22-06-12Mixed grill sizzler was disappointingly small for $29.95. Naan was supposed to come with 3 orders (3 naans all together), however I received only 1 small naan. Very cheap. Beef Haleem and rest of food was amazingly tasty, regardless.

• 25-05-05I order beef Nihari and Mughlai Chicken, after receiving my ird I koticed that both the items are in half. Pathetic service by Gulberg restaurant. I attach photos for your reference.
