Don't know why southern and country coming is so scarce, but this fills that niche a little . The Chicken & Smoked Sausage Gumbois like a cross between gravy and stew over a bed of rice, and my go to for a cold winter day . The Muffuletta Pasta Salad is so good and should come in bigger sizes. Havent found a thing in menu that wasnt great.

Gumbo Stop is hands down my favorite restaurant, and it's not even close. I could eat the étouffe every day and have tried it with multiple protein options. Each is amazing, always fresh and cooked perfectly. Jambalaya, gumbo, red beans & rice, and the andouille gum-boy are all great. The portions are generous as well. My kids especially love the butter cake. Amazing every time!

🔥 5/5 – Definitely ordering again!
Everything was on point. The 8 oz Chicken was cooked perfectly and super flavorful, everything is fresh and the 5-Cheese Garlic Grits were creamy and packed with cheesy goodness, and the Not-ya Nana’s Banana Pudding was the perfect sweet finish. Great portions for the price too. Highly recommend! 🙌

Gumbo Stop Cafe LLC has always had -the- most fresh, flavorful, and delightful food I have the pleasure of getting my grubby little hands on. The Hot Cheesy Crawfish Bread is to DIE for, and the 12 oz Gumbo knocks it out of the park! And don't forget the Kentucky Butter Cake with Strawberries and whipped cream or Banana Pudding!!! 100000/10 would order again!!

This is one of the best mouthfuls of food I've had in a very, very long time. The shrimp étouffée is honestly legendary, ESPECIALLY with the cheesy grits. I've never visited a new (to me) restaurant two days in a row, but I have ordered from them every time I've been in town since then. They got a DoorDash order from me tonight, and I'll be back again tomorrow for some incredible food. I've been talking them up to everyone I meet, including my server at Fat Patty's today.
If you haven't tried this place out, you ABSOLUTELY have to. They make amazing food. You will not be disappointed.
