I ordered for the first time and absolutely loved everything I got. I ordered the gus and us Gus & Us Chicken Salad and a slice of the Sunshine cake. The salad is a huge portion, great flavor on the chicken, and loved that they followed my req for extra dressing. The sunshine cake was honestly one of the best cakes ive had. They gained a lifelong customer!

Absolutely amazing as always. Since I was 14, I have been a big fan of the Strawberry Chicken Salad. It is a very large portion with delicious, fresh food that you can tell is made with love AND high quality ingredients. Thank you Gus n Us for another great experience with you

Food is always fantastic, the service is wonderful, the menu is traditional, but interesting. Great place for brunch, for dinner, any time. Tonight I had their (deconstructed) chicken pot pie soup, which was amazing and was served with little puff pastry 'croutons' to represent the crust.

The chicken Chicken Lemon Rice Soup Quart is outstanding! Flavor is on point. It reminds me of Zack's in Plymouth. Definitely the best Downriver!! The Beef Barley soup, was very, very good as well. Definitely recommend Gus's! Outstanding flavor, portions, and just damn good! Problem is....they are WAYYYY overpriced on everything. Food is delicious, but the pricing is foul. For the soups, they are priced competitively. Everything else....no way...too high.

I think the fish was Cod; it was nicely seasoned and battered fried, the French fries was tender enough that I could chew. It came with 2 slices of not your average bread. I ordered the lemon chicken rice,my first time trying it, a little bit over lemony but again my first time trying it. It was still good though. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. A+++ on everything and very well prepared and presented. Thank everyone for a good meal
