Everything was ready as soon as I walked up to the counter. The Plain bagels were so delicious and were in the right amount. The Black & White Cookie (Lg) will be perfect for a pick-me-up later on today.

Honestly this is really good & really filling but the only thing that kinda killed it for me was the sausage I think if they use a different kind of sausage they'd have a winner here!! Grateful for the food & meal Arigato!

Not sure what has happened to H&H over the years but dang! Awful experience. (Almost) EVERYTHING was wrong. Ordered three bagels sandwiches toasted. None were. Ordered veggie cream cheese on one, it came plain. Ordered a coffee with vanilla, nope. Forgot to get a 2nd coffee (my fault). Added it on and hit with another service charge equal to the cost of the coffee. Bagels weren't as good as I remember. But that could be because they're much better toasted. Still no idea how so MANY mistakes were made on such a small and easy order. Won't return.
