Heaven in a Bowl: Pho Dac Biet from Ha Noi Quan
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Pho Dac Biet from Ha Noi Quan, delivered straight to my door via DoorDash, and I have to say, it was like heaven on a plate.
The rice noodle soup was rich, flavorful, and comforting in every way. The broth was perfectly balanced—clear yet deeply savory, with a subtle sweetness that only comes from hours of careful simmering. The combination and just the right amount of heat made each spoonful feel like a warm embrace.
The noodles themselves were cooked to perfection—soft and smooth, providing the perfect texture against the tender slices of beef. Topped with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lemon, each bite was a symphony of flavors that danced in your mouth.
The delivery was fast, and despite the journey, the soup arrived hot and fresh. Ha Noi Quan really knows how to bring the authentic taste of Vietnamese pho right to your door, and it’s an experience I’ll be repeating soon.

Some of the tastiest pho I've had in the inner west area. Generous serving of bean sprouts and fresh herbs and they were able to accommodate my special request which I appreciated! This is my second time ordering from them and I'll definitely be ordering again.

Ordered 28 dollar beef cube, what came was probably 22 dollar beef cube without the rice, 13peaces of meat with half the container was empty, container was not even large size but medium size. Really expected a decent size paying extra for the dish but seems money wasted on empty space.

Very disappointing. The broth had no flavour, noodles over cooked and 2 chicken wings for the protein. Worst Pho, dont bother.

Love the lemongrass chicken and rice for a light meal, comes with lots of veggies too. So delicious!
