I absolutely love Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The flavor is always rich, creamy, and consistently delicious. That’s why I was disappointed with my recent DoorDash order.
I ordered a sundae, and while there was plenty of hot fudge and toppings, the actual portion of ice cream was surprisingly small. It felt like the cup was filled more with add-ins than the premium ice cream I was paying for. The quality was excellent as always, but the portion balance was off.
If you’re charging premium prices for premium ice cream, customers should receive a generous serving of the ice cream itself—not mostly toppings. I hope this was a one-time issue because I normally enjoy ordering from here.

Dulce de leche ice cream and sliced bananas combined with caramel sauce is very rich and delicious and good for more than one portion!

Even though the ice cream is always delicious, the portion sizes seem to get smaller and smaller each time I order. I still enjoy the quality and taste, but I wish the serving sizes were more consistent for the price.

I NEEDED A BDAY CAKE FOR MY BF AND IT WAS URGENT BECAUSE WE ARE JUST VISITING WASHINGTON FROM CANADA AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WROTE ON THE CAKE AND GAVE ME CANDLES YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! Thank you!! !
