Food is always good but they never give us ranch. The tempura green beans say they come with ranch and we select "add ranch" but the last several times we've ordered, we haven't received any. Thought it was a fluke but seems to happen every time now

Disappointed. Garlic parm fries were basically cold fries with some fake parmesan cheese thrown on top. No garlic flavor at all. I know this is fast food but if you're going to charge 5.00 for fries, the food should be decent. burgers were ok but fries were very cold and seemed old like they had been sitting out before they were delivered to me.

Not the best to come out of The Habit. Santa combo was ok the onion rings tasted like they were left over from yesterday's service. And for what I paid for Mango Shake it should have tasted like mango. I'm just saying.

for the amount I paid for this food, you would think straws would be included for my drinks, Portion size of the food is not worth the high price.

The onion rings were fried way too long, inedible. Round hard, burned batter circles. Restaurant also forgot request for ketchup packets.
Not their best tonight.
