Wow! This is no longer the Hamburger Habit that I remember going all the way back to its start on Pardall Rd in Isla Vista when the burgers rivalled Tommy's Burger. The patty in the charburger was more filler than meat, was thin as a pancake, completely unseasoned, had no grill taste and in fact was mostly a tasteless meatlike gue. 1-Star because the Caesar Salad was acceptable. I won't be returning as a customer. I can get a bland nothing-burger from McDonalds at half the price.

Asked for crispy fries. They're limp, cold, and slightly burnt. Burger tastes ok, but is squished and lettuce is OLD and slimy. The shake might have been ok; but I got mocha milk, no shake to it. Whipped cream sunk in and it's completely melted. Disappointing when I RARELY ever treat myself for food. Really bummed I paid 30$ for a meal and shake that arrive in a disappointing quality. NOT drivers fault.

Ahi Tuna Filet was so tasty and not dry at all! I recommend replacing it with Ciabatta and adding grilled onions and avocado.

the shake cup was completely unsecured with only a thin paper covering. 3/4 of the item was lost

#1 Original Charburger Meal was so good. Fries were perfectly seasoned and burger was delicious
