Quite spicy as ordered. Broth was very good, chicken-forward as opposed to pork.
The Ramen noodles are very thin, so order undercooked or normal.
Egg was perfect. Char shiu was too thin. Probably should have had more noodles included for $30 price.

Honestly alright. Not the best ramen I've ever had but it wasn't terrible either. The broth was pretty good but oily, the noodles were nice...
And the singular slice of chashu pork was incredibly thin and small and honestly quite embarrassing. I would not serve something so pathetic like that on ramen, especially with the price customers are paying.
There were heaps of those black ear mushrooms on the bowl, like, a LOT, I don't mind them, but if you don't like a lot of those mushrooms, steer clear.
The syrupy egg was really the highlight of the dish and it's a shame....
For the price of $26 I don't feel like this ramen was worth it. There are other, cheaper and better stores around

Portion was very small for what you're paying for. But other than that taste was wonderful. Just wish there was more of it!
