Not only is the Tonkotsu Ramen delicious, the restaurant staff were super kind and helpful when I called to make an update to my order. 10/10

The ramen is pretty good, but they give the smallest portions of chasu pork of all the ramen places in the area

Not what it once was. Extra noodles were harder, as if they came out of a fridge or at least a day old, broth was watered down and pork looks and tastes less tended to than months prior. This is my 3rd time feeling this sentiment and likely the final.

The broth was tasty but I had a few problems either my meal: the corn was overcooked and mushy. The meat was also overcooked, thin and dry. I didn't care for the sweetness of the egg but is personal preference

This is genuinely the worst unagidon I have ever tried. I feel like I'm eating dry sardines covered in unagi sauce. The salmon tartare was alright though.
