FULL of extra meat. I love how much meat they added without them charging extra. Nice and flavorful. Chicken on a stick is a steal at $1.50

You need to put in more teriyaki sauce. That is the glue that holds this dish together and that is what makes chicken teriyaki teriyaki. By providing a small container, you're not doing your customer any favors

I dont know what it is with Hana Kitchen not giving you the condiments you order unless you say something. You walk in, show your order details to staff, and the guy looks for your bag with your order receipt stapled to it. Once in a blue moon have I ever walked in and not had to either ask for my side condiments or ask for their containers so I can do it myself. IT IS PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT.
TERIYAKI. SPICY MAYO. FIRE CUCUMBER. RED GINGER.
Usually I'll catch it before I get home, but this was not one of those times.
But what really got me to write this was the fact that they didn't put any teriyaki sauce in the dish LIKE AT ALL?!?!
Way too much overcooked rice and not enough vegetable when I had ordered the opposite...just all around bad.
so glad I had a $10 reward so I only paid like $9 + Tip...

The food was really good! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the beef was tender and tasty. Great portion size and everything was fresh. Definitely ordering again!

Paid for extra teriyaki that I didn't receive also the plate itself was dry? It usually already has a little bit of teriyaki on it /:
Me and my son are regulars and love ordering Hana but it ruins the dish without enough sauce. Hate to be a Karen about it I understand they may have been too busy and low staff
Also the milk tea had no ice and I ordered a extra sweet one and it wasn't sweet at all ): but food was cooked great per usual just minor things! It happens tho, will definitely order again plenty more times!! For the price and food quality its very worth it!!!
