• 26-07-18You need to put in more teriyaki sauce. That is the glue that holds this dish together and that is what makes chicken teriyaki teriyaki. By providing a small container, you're not doing your customer any favors

• 25-08-18The food was really good! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the beef was tender and tasty. Great portion size and everything was fresh. Definitely ordering again!

• 22-03-19Paid for extra teriyaki that I didn't receive also the plate itself was dry? It usually already has a little bit of teriyaki on it /:
Me and my son are regulars and love ordering Hana but it ruins the dish without enough sauce. Hate to be a Karen about it I understand they may have been too busy and low staff
Also the milk tea had no ice and I ordered a extra sweet one and it wasn't sweet at all ): but food was cooked great per usual just minor things! It happens tho, will definitely order again plenty more times!! For the price and food quality its very worth it!!!
