• 26-07-29Great flavors! This place is always busy though and could use more staff. I put it a mobile order to pick up by 1:55. The place was slammed busy and mine wasn't ready yet. I talked to one of the girls and she promised to get it done right away... 2:15 rolls around... still didn't have it... BUT I wasn't in a hurry. I think I would have gotten my order faster if I just ordered at the counter instead of through Door Dash though...

• 25-06-25A13. Brown Sugar Fresh Milk w/ Boba tastes very nice, but the mod wasn't sealed properly and leaked when I tried to mix my drink. H3. Oreo Waffle is pretty tasty as well, light and fluffy as expected.

• 22-12-22The boba was very good, I just didn't like this flavor of tea. There was nothing wrong with it at all just my personal preference. I usually get honeydew but didn't see that option. I really liked the waffle, its very fun and bigger than I expected.

• 23-05-20First time trying the A7. Milk Tea with Boba, Pudding & Lychee Jelly (L) & it was really good. I loved the lychee as it was nice & chewy. The pudding was a perfect touch to the overall drink. The H3. Oreo Waffle wasn't my absolute favorite but it was still tasty. I would recommended the Ube waffle as a much tastier choice.

• 26-07-19The F2. Fresh Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea is awful. Grapefruit puree contains a lot of the large fruit skin that is hard to chew and bad tasting!!! Ruins the whole drink!
