I am astonished by how good this place is. Wow. The Harborview Beef and Kung Pao Chicken
are incredibly delicious! This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant in SF!!!

fried shrimp dumplings were huge, fresh, and came with packaged dip. baked bbq pork buns and flakey rich custard tarts were so rich and excellent as usual. I've ordered them so many times over the years - high quality.

Harborview is a great restaurant. I love dinning there every now and then. With that said, the portion sizes for takeout are questionable. Given the price, I would expect more. The Steak Cubes Broccoli Maggi Sau 美極牛柳粒 while delicious, barely had any broccoli. The Broccoli was almost like a garnish. I did enjoy the food. It was well cooked and tasty.

I ordered the small wonton soup and the Pork & Shrimp Siu Mai (4) 黑豚肉燒賣 (L) . The wonton soup only had 2 wontons and 1 broccoli spear, but it was Delicious!! Best I've ever had. I put the SiuMai that I ordered in the broth to make it heartier. The SuiMai was MEATY and full of whole fresh shrimp. They were sublime!! Best dim sum order I think I've ever had.

I've had Peking duck in Beijing dozens of times. This isn't it. Way too greasy, not sliced correctly, and the meat had bones in it (wtf?). The pancakes were the right thinness and consistency but way too big. The duck was actually tasty but to call this Peking duck? I think Chairman Mao is spinning in his grave.
The tofu was good as was the har gao (thin skin and full shrimp!). I thought the eggplant was too sweet.
