Paid for a large unsweet tea and I got a medium for the price of a large. Ran out of large cups. Overcharged! Guess is a hair better than asking for an unsweet large tea and received a sweet tea. Happens a lot. Diabetic, so sweet tea is undrinkable....big loss of $ here.

gravy thick 1 day then runny the next biscuit good 1 day overcooked tables always dirty orders 80% of the time are wrong the next employee'sact like they don't care or want to be there including management worst Hardee's in the world and I've eaten at a lot of Hardee's over the years

I used to work at a chicken place - either the grease is old, or this was left in the fryer too long, it's not supposed to be this dark. I took a bite, giving it the benefit of the doubt, but it's rubbery, so the fryer must not have been up to temp - which could explain why the breading is dark too. Disappointing to say the least, after craving a chicken biscuit and paying extra for door dash because I'm working, and now basically throwing away an almost $6 sandwich. I've had Hardee's chicken sandwiches before and never had this experience with their chicken, but I've learned my lesson.

Burger is good. Don't get the 3 Piece Nashville Hot Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders they are small and have a bit of powder as seasoning. not Nashville hot chicken

Biscuit was burnt.
The app wouldn't allow me to customize a drink so added note requesting a tea instead of coffee and still only received the coffee. Having a burnt biscuit to go with gravy is really disappointing. You can even smell it's burnt.
