I arrived after the app had stated the order would be ready. Noone else waiting. Was told someone would be with me in a minute, didn't happen. Also told had to wait for order to be prepared even though app said preparing earlier. Person came from back picked up order as it was on shelf and delivered. The original person out front was not a good customer service individual.

The biscuits were cold and hard. Couldn't eat so hard. Hashbrowns were inedible as well as they were ice cold. Could tell that it wasn't that way because of the dasher, the drinks were ok so the food should have been hot if it had left the store hot.

Did not get my entire order again from Hardee's. Didn't get the Hardee Breakfast Platter® again and I ordered two half gallons of Sweet Tea . Only got one.
