My Country Fried Steak Biscuit was disgusting. The steak was hard and dry. Not gonna complain too bad because my boy's food was ok. I just hate I spent $30 and I'm still hungry because I couldn't eat the food I paid for.

The Vols BLT burger was dried out!My sour dough bread wasnt even toasted or grilled! I asked and paid for onions and pickles didn't get!My large fries over$4.00 were old and nasty! The mushroom swiss patty was also old and dried out. I ordered onions and extra mushroom sauce on it and it wasn't on it!! The chicken strips were good. But not worth $40. ☹️

Dr Pepper was nothing but carbonation and I had about half the amount of hashrounds I should have had. Great dasher, terrible product.

The food was hot and fresh, and we have never had a bad experience with Hardee's that I can remember. My grandson loves the chicken on the chicken biscuit and their hash rounds.
