• 26-02-25The food is always really good. However if I'm paying for a side of gravy, I would expect it to be in a container (on the side) and not just thrown on the biscuit sandwich. Every other Hardee's location I've been at have always put the side of gravy in a container (as it should be) and when I called to inquire about this, I was told that they thought it was meant to add the gravy to the sandwich. However it's just much safer to put it on the side, especially when it's a delivery. Now my sandwich is soggy with the gravy and I spent nearly $2 for some to be on my sandwich which is not a very good deal. Please work on this. I think when anyone adds a "side of gravy" they would expect it to be on the side.

fries were a little too overdone, too hard could only eat about 1/4 of them. But I will still order again

• 24-03-14I was completely disappointed with my breakfast this morning. The biscuit was rock hard(I usually choose Hardees because the biscuits are so good) and for the 3rd time, I received only 3/4 of coffee. Very disappointed.

• 25-12-10Enjoyed my meal but the gravy was too watery. It was my first and last time, Lord willing, getting the country ham, the flavor was goo but i was so thin and flimsy I should've gotten the sausage as I would've had more meat.
