My bread was hard around the edges, and I ordered a medium and it looks like a small. I am highly disappointed.

Always check your order, they have forgotten something on mine everytime. The food itself is fine, but this time they forgot a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Forgot a hashbrown order too but I caught that one. Guess i gotta take out all the food from the bag and inventory all of it before leaving.

The sausage biscuit was good. The chicken biscuit was strange. The chicken had a weird consistency. The blueberry biscuits were icing side down and not as good as the old cinnamon raisin biscuits. I wish they’d bring those back.

stop dumping the hash rounds loose in the bag . they're always dumped out or upside down (not one in the actual container) with the bag stapled shut. How do you manage it every time?
it makes everything even greasier :(
missing the lemonade from both combos this time also - which are expensive upcharges

Two Frisco breakfast burgers not toasted. Ordered 5 strawberry lemon biscuits and received 4. Poor quality and short food items. Would like a credit for these 2 breakfast items please. Also credit for the missing biscuit.
