This is the best Harold's close to my area. There are like 3 other Harold's near me and they're closer. But Harold's on 53rd is the best! They make the chicken how I like it. Good amount of sauce . Everything is in the bag. Very clean. Well packaged. I always pick Harold's on 53rd. Thanks

I know that this Harold'sis exceptionally business, however having to wait 30 minotes past the initial delivtry time isunacceptable.  Wings (6) were good when finally delivered. I appreciated that the Snapple was packed in separate bag.

I'm shocked. The chicken was hard and dry. It's usually really good which is why I keep ordering from this place. But the fries were dark and dry and the chicken was dry and shrunken like they recooked old chicken.

My food is usually great!!! But today it wasn’t so great! The wings were so huge and the fries were drenched in oil.
