This is our first time trying Harrietts and we'll be back! The dasher grabbed the wrong order. I could have just submitted wrong order, eaten what we received but I really wanted to try the Cheese Curds. Called the store, wish I got the name of guy I spoke to. Super nice. I resubmitted the order and I really thought we'd just get ours that was still there. We did and and an entire fresh one. Plus something extra special. The Cheese Curds might be the best I've had outside WI. The Royale and the O.G. are incredibly flavorful and the pickles are incredible. Thank you so much. We appreciate you all.

First time ordering. Read reviews and hesitant on whom ever said shack shack had competition cause thats my go to for burgers! They were RIGHT! Got cheeseburger and fries and I Absolutely agree!!! This place my number one now! Oh, and bigger better fries even!

I found their burgers to be nothing special for the price and the fries to be from McDonald's.
I think if you're hungry for burgers, there are many alternatives in the area with better prices and quality.

The hamburger and bun was good, but the shredded lettuce, tomato & sauce combination on the Royale burger made it too limp texture for me (I prefer crisp), but I'm sure it was good quality and fresh, and would be appealing to other customers.
The cheese curds were different and unique, but again not for me personally.
The cookies were plentiful and different, but too much for me.
This is not a complaint against their food or service, the packaging, etc was great, but it was just not to my simple basic taste in food.

We really wanted to love this place! Unfortunately our OG burgers were quite dry and had an odd flavor-almost like how rancid oil tastes. There wasn't enough sauce or cheese to make them palatable. Less than one slice of cheese for a double patty was way off the ratio. The pickles were great.
The cheese curds and fries were good!
Maybe we just had bad luck, but $61 for 2 burgers and 2 sides was a lot to swallow when the star of the show (burgers) was a big disappointment.
