First time trying Hartz Chicken and was not disappointed.  It was seasoned perfectly not too much salt.  A #7. 3 pc dark with okra (needed a bit of salt but that can be remedied easily) and a fresh yeast roll.   It kind of reminded me of Church's; if I remember correctly.  Yes, a little greasy but it was fresh out of the fryer and that's to be expected.  I will try it again!
I can't elaborate on the buffet but it looked good. 
I ate it while it was hot and forgot to take a picture.

Chicken tasted as though it has been warmed up and not fresh. A lot of the pieces were just crust and no meat. I was very disappointed because Hartz was a top place for us to eat in Houston. This was definitely a different experience.

Chicken and fish were excellent!! Potatoes and rolls were good. Green beans were bland, like from a can and the Dr. Pepper syrup must have been running low when we ordered today. I'm from out of town, but my mom said she will be ordering from Hartz again!

Chicken was a little bland and rubbery and the mac and cheese was watery. The rolls were good but some were over cooked and hard . The potatoes and coleslaw was good. Didn't get all of our items but was at least fixed.

I had the#6. 2 Pieces White Combo and it was hot and fresh. It was crispy and soooo good!
