Paid extra for a shake and they wrote on the bag shakes aren't available so I figured maybe they gave me something extra. Nope just burnt deep fried pickles. Paid for an angus burger meal with deep fried pickles and a Oreo shake. No shake got pop which I understand happens but then I go to have my deep fried pickles and they are burnt along with one that has no breading. Love Harvey's... but not the Collingwood location

Unfortunately the food was inedible. No fault to DoorDash, their service is always excellent! It was a severe food quality issue that I attempted to go directly to Harvey's CW and RUC.  They immediately told me to contact DoorDash... thinking I wanted a credit of some sort. Nope! I love Harvey's ... but no longer have a local option given the awful food quality from this location. It is clear that their grill had not been cleaned in a while. The burger was acrid. Don't order from this location until the issue is addressed . Shame on RUC for pushing this issue to DoorDash, it had nothing to do with them.
