Aside from the fact my dasher didn't listen to my directions multiple times, and it came 45 min late, the food, for the first time, was awful.
Been going there years. Not cheap, but always good and authentic. Not anymore.
The Katsu Don was beyond salty. Not the rice. The egg mixture.
The Tonkotsu Ramen was OK until I ate the egg. Which I ordered 2 of. The salt was so high, I'm hoping I don't have a stroke. Disgusting. Who is salting the food? They're using 6x normal amounts. Easily.
As for the Takoyaki.... 9 dollars for 4 tako balls... Are we kidding.
Regular orders, anywhere else, are always 8 balls. I could see 6 balls... Maybe, but 4?!
I asked for extra okonomi sauce and mayo on them, in special Directions. Not a whole side of it, just some extra sauce splashed on top.
Nuthin. There were maybe 5 bonito flakes
Going to Osaka for them might be cheaper, definately better.
Will, after 10 years, never order again .

The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was good. I've had better Ramen though, this was lacking depth of flavor, but I would probably still order again. The portions were solid. I picked up my food and the guy working there was SUPER friendly and kind even in the less than 2 minute interaction we had, it was so positive I would go again just for that kind of customer service. No complaints about the Gyoza and my boyfriend had the Katsu (Pork/Chicken/Fish) and said it was good.

I feel like the pork this batch was slightly gummy but still delicious . the croquettes were great, they always are

It's overpriced. I write the instruction said "extra spicy pls" and they charge me 2$ more for tiny little chilli that does not help. Never bought it again.
