Hashi is a good comfort food, but they have healthier options too, when you need them. Their servings sizes are great. I've had everything: steak, chicken, shrimp, all good. Teriyaki is good and their ginger sauce is a favorite as well, with Hibachi style. Veggie and Spring rolls are always a good add-on. I get the streamed rice and veggies when I'm feeling healthier, or the noodles or fried rice when I want some extra flavor.

Not good "Asian" food, you can't even call it that. It's Americanized and it's really mediocre at best. One of the telltale signs for me was soggy steamed rice and unseasoned proteins. I would say Panda Express is more Asian food than this and I can't believe even said that myself. But to its defense Abilene isn't the Mecca of Asian food.

I had got the Hashi Steak and the Hibachi Plate. We got sides of rice, noodles, and vegetables. We also got Spring Rolls (2) and Eggrolls (1) . Everything was priced well for portions, however the steak portion on the plate was small. The rices veggies tasted frozen, and the rice was dry. The veggie side was good and the noodles where too. The eggroll also tasted old/frozen.

This is my first time eating here. The Hibachi Plate was absolutely delicious! The steak was tender and the vegetables were perfect (not soggy)! I was not a fan of the Salmon (Teriyaki) (4 oz.) or the Side of Hashi Steak (6 oz.). It wasn't terrible, just too sweet for my taste. Will order again!
