I had a wonderful lunch at Hashtag India in Plymouth. The food was incredibly aromatic and flavorful. I tried the jalapeno chicken and Nali Ghost Mutton mandi. All were excellent.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in the Twin Cities. You really can’t find this kind of authentic taste anywhere around here.
They recently opened in Minneapolis, so I completely understand there may be a few kinks they still need to work on. But we should appreciate that they’re genuinely trying to serve something special and bring authentic flavors like never before.
I’ve noticed some very harsh 1-star reviews, and honestly, a few of them feel unfair and overly ruthless. To me, it almost seems like some of those reviews may be coming from a competitive or jealous point of view rather than a genuine dining experience.
Overall, this place deserves support, patience, and appreciation for bringing such authentic Indian food to the community.

This is hands down the best Indian restaurant in Minnesota. Every dish tasted just like India—authentic, fresh, and full of flavor

The samosa was burnt and I'm surprised such a poor quality being a new Indian store. Disappointed and they didn't send any chutney side dish with this order.

Potion sizes were small. Chicken curry was full of bones
