Build Your Own Noodle with shrimp and hibachi chicken, miso, egg, fish cake, bean sprouts ,corn and green onions is a party in your mouth! I've tried the spicy miso enchilada this if you like heat but it was a bit too much for me.💯

The Build Your Own Noodle with hibachi chicken, tonkotsu, egg, fish cake, corn, bean sprouts and green onions is off the chain! The broth is savory along with the chicken and vegetables but the fish cake adds to the flavor of the broth. Fast delivery and hot food when it arrived!

This is by far my favorite place to order Ramen from in the 518. The Build Your Own Noodle Option is perfect. Wish I could eat a dozen of the eggs they put in them!!!! So goood!

Flavorless Spicy Shoyu Broth, unseasoned toppings, overcooked ramen eggs, paid extra for black garlic oil but can't taste any garlic. I tried tasting the broth by itself to see if it was just because the vegetables were unseasoned and it was like someone took water, shook 10 drops of tobasco into it and called it Shoyu. I'd only send someone here if I hated them. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because even though it was terrible, the portions were pretty good.

This is my favorite place to order takeout from. I honestly wish they had more locations so I could eat this anywhere I am in the capital region. I'd give ten stars if I could!
