Great tasting food! It came with good amount of servings too. The chicken is tender and juicy and the luau pork is not dry. Came with extra teri sauce. I was stay at Hyatt regency downtown and it came pretty quick. Maybe 20-25 mins. Would order again. Im filipino who eats pretty savory food almost daily and this hit the spot for me

Avoid this joint. Their food is not freshly or caringly prepared - it clearly comes from the "Generic Hawaiian Food" section of the cheapest mass-market storefront they could find and is prepared with as much care as what my cat leaves in the litterbox.
The Pacific Island Salad is a particular tragedy. Literally 99% lettuce that looks like it came from a bag, layered in a shallow little bowl, 5 or 6 mandarin orange slices, and instead of the "island vinaigrette" dressing it was advertised to come with, they just tossed in two little tubs of pre-packaged teriyaki sauce? The chicken was already dry as hell and tasted like it had been floating in a salt bath all day; expecting me to dress the salad in teriyaki would be a vomit-inducing amount of sodium.
I haven't even tried the puny Pineapple Luau Slider Singles yet, I just threw them in the fridge for when I'm desperate. Again, don't bother with this place. Exceptionally low effort, low quality, and low value.

I decided to try HB for the 1st time today, i will say that my order arrived quickly and great portions. The food was phenomenally tasty. I will be ordering again, the level of spice was chefs kiss...the meat & veg is fresh and hot, macaroni salad cold and fresh.

The Luau Pork Classic- is absolutely delicious, and while I'm not a huge BBQ sauce fan, the pineapple BBQ sauce that comes on the side was perfect with it. I got a side of veggies instead of the mac and cheese. Will definitely order from here regularly. Great solid option for dinner.

The Mixed Plate Classic was all jumbled together when I got it. The amount of seasoned vegetables you get & the size of the pineapple skewer are a joke and not worth it!
