Best food I have had in awhile! The Pickled Smashed Cucumbers are so GOOD! Just perfect amount of pickly with not an overbearing of garlic. I make my own often and they are not even close to as good as this place. I always love my noodles they are seriously the best too. Don't even get me started on the tea. They make the most refreshing twas there!!! I can't get enough!!! Another Greta thing is that the food looks exactly like the pictures.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup for the first time and it arrived hot and tasted of fresh ingredients. I do prefer their Beef Noodle Soup to the but was feeling under the weather and didn't want anything spicy. Their Pork with Napa Cabbage Dumplings are the best! Hello Dumpling always goes above and beyond with quality ingredients, flavor, and price for portion size.

The Pickled Smashed Cucumbers at Hello Dumpling are one of my absolute favorite foods in the whole world! They're so crisp and refreshing - just the right balance of spicy, sweet, and acidic. Truly phenomenal - I can't say enough great things! I make sure to get at least 2 orders of these every time!
The Shanghai Noodles are also one of my all-time favorites. Highly, highly recommend. The sauce is just delectable. The noodles themselves are amazing, but if you're looking for something with a bit less gluten, they can use rice noodles instead (though there is still gluten in the soy sauce used in the sauce).
You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu at Hello Dumpling!

The Hunan Rib was overcooked, hard and kind of expensive for 4 tiny ribs. It was not the type of rib I was expecting either. My pork with Napa Cabbage Dumplings were good as well as the Chicken Chaun'r Skewers

1) Chicken with Mushroom Dumplings comes with (8) pieces. Not as much mushroom flavor as I'd hoped for but delicious nonetheless.
2) Beef Rice Dumpling comes with (8) pieces and some cabbage on the side. These are like little rice covered meatballs but not as heavy as they sound, but still very filling! The cabbage is the perfect fresh bite with them.
3) Pork with Napa Cabbage Dumplings comes (8) pieces. Wow, these ones are superb! I can tell why they are the top rated! Sbsoky delicious!
4) Lemonade with Fruit Pearls refreshing and Ilive the mango fruit pearls.
5) Sweet Dumplings Mango; comes with (4) pieces. Like little mini fruit pies only better! Delicious sauce with it as well.
