I loved my experience! I called once I placed my order to see if there were other happy birthday balloon designs, other colored tulips, and asked for the scents they had in the candles as well as the bath set scents for a more customizable gift for my mom. I made my decisions on the phone with them and they gave me everything I wanted with photos texted to me on the options! Definitely will be ordering again

What I ordered: two dozen, fresh multicolored tulips in a modern vessel with a “congratulations” balloon- for my gorgeous niece’s graduation party. Happiness in a vase. 🌷
What was delivered: six sad, wilted, red tulips and no ballon. One pitiful little ribbon tied (like for sneakers) around the container. Disappointment in a vase.
Two stars because at least they found the right address

I had purchased the eloquence bouquet with a balloon and ferrero box. The bouquet was not at all similar to the description and then left off the box of chocolates until calling and going back. It was a busy day I am sure, but definitely felt a little shorted for the price.

I ordered the soft love arrangement and was so disappointed with what I got, especially considering how much I paid. The photo of the arrangement on their DoorDash page looked beautiful. What I received didn't look anything like that arrangement, with way less flowers included and many of the specific types of flowers and filler missing. It was also poorly arranged, with the flowers way too spaced out to where there were tons of empty spaces and it didn't look complete. I wish I had just gone to the grocery store to pick up a bouquet. It would have included more flowers, looked better, and probably cost at least $80 less. Very disappointed.
