Mushroom "UMAMI" Max was very well packaged and prepared quickly. the noodles were great and you can choose how soft you want them by letting them sit in the broth for longer but i like them firm.
the Matcha Cheese Cake was horrible. Extremely dry and barely any flavor and its 7 dollars for 2 tiniest slices.

Delish. I had the Mushroom "UMAMI" Max with extra soup and pork. Perfectly portioned I didn't even need the extra soup. Super fresh and tasty. I also had the Vegetable Spring Rolls (Vegan) which are so tasty when dipped in the broth your not even upset that it's veggie lol. The Mushroom "UMAMI" Max was amazing I have to say it again. Not overly seasoned and the best ramen I've tasted in Dallas

Absolutely delicious. The flavor is amazing and the soft boiled eggs are perfect. I also love that they have a gluten-free noodle option. Food arrived hot and portion size is generous. I always have leftovers.

I wish I would've been able to give it 5 stars. Flavor of broth was excellent , but the Pork Chasu piece was so small & thin it's basically non existent. I've been to many Ramen shops in DFW, never had this happen before, usually the Chasu is thicker, meatier, and more hearty. I'll include a photo for size, it's the size of my pinky. I paid 15+ for what is mostly noodles, & broth. Thank you
